India is a knowledge based country which has all the resources
and all the power to tap any imminent changes occurring in the world. IT as one
of influential part of this knowledge sector has made an indispensable mark in
the all round progress of the nation.
However, there is remarkable difference and a point of
discussion. Whereas the former is IT driven nation, the later has just jumped
in the IT arena since a decade only. Moreover, a developed nation like US has
awesome basic infrastructure in terms of educational opportunities, healthcare,
electricity, drinking water and capital. The converse is not true about
India-branded as growing economies.
On the growth perspective, it is equally true in past few years;
Indian IT industry has exhibited an awesome vertical growth in the sectors viz.
railroads, roadways, power grids, and dams. These investments, in turn, support
the growth of physical-asset intensive industries such as Iron and steel,
chemical and transportation respectively, which simply seemingly creates move
physical entities namely people, water and goods.
Furthermore, corporate tie-ups create much more opportunities
for people belonging to different walks of life, whether it is education, HRD,
healthcare, aviation, paramedics, accounts, finance and much more.
In years to come, Indian IT sector is targeted for a vertical
growth in every front, and this demands for high manpower resources at any
point of time.
