|
Approach for the interview with full confidence in yourself and
have positive attitude from the beginning as negative attitude may lead you to
losing the chance of the job for which you are well eligible.
|
|
Clearly understand your career goals, your interests, your strengths and even
your weaknesses so that if cross questioned about them in between the interview
you are well confident and you don't have to think about them..
|
Know everything that's on your resume and be prepared to talk
about your experiences IN DETAIL. Recruiters can pick up any point from your
resume to confuse you. But if you have gone through your resume thoroughly you
would be able to answer each and every question to the point. Also do not add
any point which you cannot justify during the interview, as it creates wrong
impression in the minds of the interviewer
|
Firstly, have a briefing about the company and the job you have
applied for, or in simple words researching about the company. In present time
everything is available on internet. There's no excuse NOT to do research. Just
you have to do is to spend some time learning about these companies. .
|
|
Do proper home work about how your skills and interests best fit into the
company's. Also think about the points about how you can contribute and add
value to the organization. And be ready to tell the interviewer about them!
|
|
Be ready to provide examples that demonstrate you using a particular skill or
reaching a specific goal. You can talk about anything - an internship, a part
time job, a class project or an extracurricular activity. Don't worry if your
experiences do not exactly match with the job requirements. As your constant
work and commitment to work is showcased by your skills and abilities, which
could be helpful to the company in future.
|
|
Be ready to tell the interviewer "a little bit about yourself," and focus on
your career goals and your interest in the organization to grab the job.
