Managing the activities of the branch and improvise business strategies to bring about developmental changes;
Proposing strategies for the business development of the branch;
Maintaining the financial account details and other budgetary reports of the branch office & analyzing the reports to ascertain the growth of the branch and if needed, employing better work strategies to improve the business aspect of the branch office;
Visit proposed corporate and meet with prospective clients to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance;
Facilitating the customers in the booking of tickets and accommodation arrangements;
Observe flexible work hours to cover prospective travel market availability;
Negotiating the best deals with the clients (credit limit/credit days etc.);
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with overall spectrum of clients post sign up along with account manager for follow up regarding payments etc;
manage the branch staff effectively and make them to do quality work with focus on customer satisfaction;
Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills;
Should have adequate market knowledge & competition activities;
Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills;
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in sales operations in a related company (IATA Travel branch) with a successful track record in hitting sales quota. Industry: Incumbent should be strictly form the Travel domain
