Job Description

1- Well versed with US recruitment operations.

2- Should be very comfortable in screening the candidates from various job boards like : dice.com,monster.com, net-temps.com and hotjobs.com.

3- Should have Excellent understanding of all the tax terms

4- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.



5- Good knowledge about US Geography

6- The Recruiter should have at least 4 -8 years US recruiting experience;

7- Must have very good experience with Direct Client

8- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

9- Self motivated and team player.
