Job Description

Ability to plan vendor development.

Ensure TAT is maintained in terms of technical assistance provided to engineers and School coordinators to close maximum calls within first visit.

Training to engineers and support staff for error free installation and service.

Responsible for maintaining stock level.

Maintain cordial relationship with school and marketing teams for smooth operation within the zone.

Ensure updates to all location engineers to ensure less no of failures.

Handling technically day-to-day issues of implementation.

In the position to analyse,find and implement to the problem.

Keep a track of performance on weekly and monthly basis and report to the supporting staff.

Feedback for quality upgradation.

Being a Team member ensuring lowest attrition rate in the specific zone.

Maximum Call closure with minimum support structure.
