Job Description

Define resource strategy(Including workforce planning,referrals,management,campus/intern strategy,etc.)


Reviewing on monthly basis the manpower and the attrition level.


Identifying and developing channels of sourcing as per cost and quality norms.


Review channel composition on the basis of resource parameter on time to time basis.


To institutionize employee referrals and internal job posting schemes.


Mapping all resourcing process and review time to time to increase effectiveness.


Developed interview strategy and policy.


Develop compensation strategy for new hired people.


Define the process to brief the consultant and feedback mechanism.


Facilitate Campus recruitment.


 


Skills Required:


Self-confidence.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Administrative and organizaational skills.


Experience in sales promotion in any BFSI segment.]


Flexible to travel to regional office on occation.


Ability to work in deadlines.


Well versed with MS-Excel and Pwerpoint.


Should be proactive,dependable and able to work independently.


3-4yrs experience in performing full recruitment life cycle.


Should be comfortable working in the overlapping of evening time.


Excel fast paced with entrepreneural environment.
