Summary Description:

Analysis: Able to analyze the task assigned and with minimum supervision is able to understand the requirement.

Develop: Develops programming code for new software development and product enhancement. Liason with internal staff and user to ensure capture of all relevant functionality.

Document: Participates in software documentation process by writing first draft versions technical literature for submission to documentation team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Should not hesitate to ask questions and call upon the knowledge of the co-workers to make sure to produce the best possible architectural design & source code.


• Should have a good communication skill to interact with overseas client.


• Preferred domain knowledge of Hospital Information System.

Required a Sr. Developer-JAVA with an experience of 5yrs in
--> Java,Hibernate & Basic Architecture.
--> Intermediate/Expert level skill in J2SE,J2EE, JDBC,SQL and HTML.
--> Intermediate level skills in MySQL/Oracle.
--> Expert Level Skill in Hibernate/Ibatis, Database Architecture, Eclipse/Netbeans,
Tomcat/JBoss and Version control tools like SVN.
--> Intermediate/Expert level skill in Struts,JavaScript.
