Job Description

Experience Required : Min. 2-8 Years Relevant experience in to Internal Audit Responsibilities:


Manage independently and perform audits end to end. Understand processes and related risks, Prepare audit plans, work programs and reports. Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes. Communicate results verbally and in writing to members of senior management. Provide regular updates to senior manager and process owners on status of project. Investigate opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Maintain and update appropriate audit work papers. Follow up timely on remediation items.

Manage multiple priorities. Mentor team members and review team members work progress and work. This position is for an experienced internal audit lead who enjoys hands-on involvement in planning and executing reviews, supervising team members and in developing a durable internal audit methodology suitable to a fast-paced highly demanding environment.

 

Maximise operational stability / availability of SAP Integrated ERP solution, in line with agreed service level agreement(s) Responsible for incident / problem ticket management, following ITIL processes, ensuring all relevant information is appropriately analysed and recorded. Establish, maintainand review operational procedures intheassigned area of responsibility, ensuring there accuracy,effectiveness and efficiency. Provide appropriate status updatestokey stakeholders, business teams, ASA Coordinators and Managers, via effective ticket management. Effective monitoring of operational support issues to identify actions required to maintain/ improve servicelevels. Support high level assessment of programmed change as a subject matter expert (SME). Responsible for the day-to-day liaison between XIM and designated suppliers, to ensure service delivery targets are achieved. Adhere to governance / controls with Business and Third Party suppliers Second-level support for SAP integrated ERP solution Competency centre team member Non-management role SME by process area Ability to communicate across broad spectrum of seniority Effective use of standard IT toolset (Solution Manager 7.1, CRM 5.0, ECC 6.0, Sharepoint, UP Quality Centre, Docushare, Microsoft Office products) Role specific competencies:
