Job Description

Overcart is building a brand new B2B distribution channel - where we are onboarding retailers, buyers, aggregators across India onto our B2B platform. We- re looking for go getters who can sign on new clients for Overcart and take our B2B business to the next level.


 



  • Identify new channels and partnerships

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders & adjacent market products which support lead generation

  • Manage the entire marketing lifecycle supporting the strategy, conceiving means and collaterals, design and working with cross-functional teams such as sales and Ad agencies for BTL activities and helping lead generation

  • Partner with product, sales and Ad Agency to deliver marketing collaterals, campaigns and events as per road map and objectives and implement go-to-market strategy

  • Be a part of core Marketing team and collaborate directly with Head Marketing & Communications

  • Strategy on sales and marketing growth strategies

  • Establish and own metrics for marketing activities

  • Manage execution of marketing strategy through lead generation strategies, lead nurturing, awareness building

  • Lead & build high performance teams in a fast paced startup culture Shaping energy consultants and influencers opinions and preference for 8Minutes

  • Educating new markets about solar and 8Minutess technology and solutions
