We're looking for a Q.A is of utmost importance at MAZ and a huge part of our culture.Loyalty Prime is looking for a Quality Analyst who will be responsible to develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods. The person need to work in shifts and need to revert to clients mails and interact with Client (if require to understand the issue). He has to closely follow the escalation matrix and will be the first level of escalation at service desk. As a quality analyst you would be involved in the following activities. You will be joining the Q.A effort to ensure that no stone is left unturned in making sure our products are bug-proof. Your work here will be the crucial last step in the MAZ assembly line, and you will enrich the lives of hundreds of thousands of our end users.
We encourage our programmers to identify and acknowledge bugs in their own code, so you will be far from alone in your efforts, instead working as part of a large and multi-faceted team. However, your own expertise and attention to detail in native apps, web, and beyond will be paramount to our success.
experience performing stress, performance, and load (SPL) Quality Assurance (QA) tests on web applications
Experience writing test plans, cases, and defect tracking
Experience with software SDLC
