- Support the definition of business processes
Determine and support the implementation of a business policy
Oversee the execution of that policy via business rules applied
Review the results of testing and simulation
Manage business vocabulary
Resolve business issues relating to business rule execution.
Be accountable for the quality of the business rule
Approve major changes to business rule
Executes transactions, Routes questions to the appropriate person
Receives inquiries and complaints regarding products and services
Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bill /Orders
May go to customers website for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel the orders
Champions activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs
