Job Description
- Build and manage a rich content /editorial calanders that attracts a qualified audience
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Participate in regular staff appraisal and reviews and be aware of your own training and development needs
- Maintain extremely high standards in respect of customer service
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager for maintaining, updating and expanding the content of our websites
- Responsible for liaising with marketing colleagues to ensure that the website meets the objectives of any cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Working with the other Digital Marketing Executive to deploy the company’s regular email marketing campaigns
- Working with the Digital Marketing team to continually develop and improve email communications, identifying opportunities to implement new campaigns such as lifecycle and triggered email campaigns
- Supporting the PR Manager by writing press releases and other longform press materials
- Maintain a proactive interest in being aware of new trends in marketing, technology and digital marketing and how to apply them to our website and other marketing activity
- Assist your marketing colleagues with other marketing tasks as required, sharing your knowledge and expertise and providing support
- Attend holiday shows, travel workshops, press and trade events as required
