Job Description

• Preparing the entire export documentations, custom documents and post shipment documents, application for Proof of Export to be submitted to excise department, applications for EBRC.


• Maintaining and managing the export records & files


• Preparing the entire preshipment & post shipment documentation


• Preparing and verifying Shipping documents i.e. Invoice, Packing list, Weight List, Certificate of Origin, Exporter Certificate, GSP Certificate ,Bill of lading ,Shipment Advise, Delivery Note & Legalized Documents as per the Letter of credit, Purchase Orders and customs & consignees requirements


• Preparing shipment weekly status report drafting the daily, weekly, monthly Reports


• Marinating and closing of advance license files


• Preparing Proof of Export documents and submitting to excise dept


• Should have Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet
