Job Description

Responsible for drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing various contracts such as: Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Loan License Agreements, Principal to Principal Agreements, Export Agreements, Distribution & Supply Agreements, Quality & Technology Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Joint Venture, Acquisitions, Licensing of Technical Know How, Trade Mark User, Share Purchase, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Purchase Order, Project documents, Marketing Agreements, Letter of Intents (LOIs), Deeds Bonds etc

Coordinating with manufacturing sites located in India and abroad in connection with business;

Negotiation and finalization of contract terms and conditions with the concerned parties.

Good planning and organization skills; and proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.

Maintain and update various database, documentation management system. 

Excellent risk analysis skills

command over language both written and verbal
