Job Description

• Responsible to formalize third party and partner risk management framework from an information security perspective


• Strong understanding of risk regulatory framework of one more of the major economies across globe (i.e. US, UK, EU, etc.).


• Support development and execution of a robust communication and training plan to facilitate the effective rollout and awareness of program


• Partner with all internal stakeholders & functional teams to ensure that all identified risks within each 3rd Party are assigned for relevant owners and tracked for timely closure


• Support 3rd Party selection & contracting process for key sourcing efforts and perform reassessment as part of contract renewal


• Perform periodic oversignt/review of compliance to 3rd Party Framework in vendor organizations 


• Exposure to analytical techniques used for development and validation (conceptual foundation and technical merit) of wide range of risk and valuation models is required.


• In-depth understanding of new/ evolving regulations in the Risk management space.


• Develop and frame a Proof of Concept for key clients, where applicable Practice Enablement Mentor, groom and counsel analysts and consultants.


• Opportunity Development Identify business development opportunities for our Risk Management offerings in the Banking and Capital Market domains.


• Execute risk management processes for new and existing third parties and partners, leveraging external teams or contractors as necessary


• Onboarding and Offboarding of vendors 


• Advise clients on a wide range of Credit, Market and Operational Risk Management/Analytics initiatives.


• Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise on credit, market and operational risk related topics and participate in development of client proposals and RFP responses.


• Develop compelling business case/response to new business opportunities.


• Oversee implementation and utilization of Third Party Risk Management module of Archer


• Knowledge of CCAR, IFRS9/CECL, FRTB, Basel II/ III, Solvency etc.


• Support development of the Risk Analytics Practice by driving initiatives. 


• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external clients, and have an eye for qualifying potential opportunities and negotiating complex deals. Knowledge and skill requirements
