Job Description

• To review and tighten the current regulatory reporting process as well as reviewing the reporting procedures to ensure in compliance with the RBI Regulatory Framework.


• Identify RBI requirements related to Payments Bank, interact with RBI and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the RBI reporting framework is in place within the specified timelines.


• Ensure that all Statutory Returns including Net demand and time liabilities, CRR , SLR maintainance etc are prepared as per RBI guidelines/circulars.


• Keep abreast of changing regulatory landscape, RBI guidelines and circulars, interpret them appropriately, inform senior Management / other stakeholders as required and incorporate relevant changes in our process/reporting.


• Manage onshore team in preparation of templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the FSA, and other internal customers specific to capital schedules.


• Support in documentation of global Regulatory data requirements for Reporting.


• Liase with Technology department to ensure that relevant system applications for RBI reporting are implemented. Ensure seamless interface of RBI reporting with core bank system and minimse the manual feed. Incumbant should have good insight into the various technologies available at the market place.


• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
