Job Description
Responsible to supervise the telemarketers for influencing clients to purchase companies services and products
Monitor live calls via live barging and give on the spot constructive feedback
Daily MIS validation and share snapshots with higher management
Administering telemarketers to persuade the clients to buy the company’s services and products
Working directly with the sales department to make sure of achieving alignment
Making use of data driven examines which helps in optimizing telemarketing and telesales functions
Keeping applicable and precise contact data in a database
Conduct a call calibration session on daily basis to ensure compliance and appropriate customer experience/engagement
Identify training needs and ensure timely training sessions are conducted for tele callers
Placing and advertising the organization’s product to the clients
Renewing the client relationship management structure with fresh contacts.
