Job Description
Purpose of the Position Liaison Officer :- To perform liaison work related to FDA, CDSCO, Pollution Control Board and other departments. To ensure that compliance are update and completed as per requirement .
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure timely submission of application for new product permission from FDA Department
To ensure timely submission of renewal application related to any change in the commercialized product.
To ensure that any query raised by FDA is responded within stipulated timeframe and product permission is granted.
To coordinate with CDSCO & FDA for periodic audit performed for WHO- GMP and State GMP.
To ensure that any changes in WHO TRS, Schedule MIV & Schedule L1 is informed to top management and QA head for information and implementation.
To submit challahs to FDA department.
To coordinate with state pollution control board and for all pollution related clearances and NOCs.
To ensure that all compliances as per Factory act 1948 are done by the company as per requirement. Any planned/unplanned inspection/visit by Factory inspector is handled successfully.
To ensure that all NOCs and approval related to Fire & Safety are taken from State fire officer and any planned/unplanned inspection/visit by Fire safety officer is handled successfully.
Functional reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.
Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager/Seniors.
