Job Description
Assist the Hr Executive in organising Training & development activities, Performance Management, compensation management, HR rules and regulations which includes Leave etc.
Attend to Team members grievance & counselling and advice them accordingly.
Assist the HR Executive in handling the statutory compliance.
Assist the To develop a Retention strategy.
Assist the HR Executive in updating the HRIS system.
In consultation with department heads and the General Manager prepares a succession plan for
Update & file all HR related documentation and letters, files.
Payroll updates and co-ordination with Finance department.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
