Job Description

• To be the one point contact for all Trade Marketing (TM) related initiatives at the region and work closely with the ASMs to drive these initiatives.


• Work with the Region Sales and HO Trade Marketing team to make the loyalty programs covering Wholesale, Rural and Retail best in class, ensure planned business deliveries and work towards engaging and delighting the enrolled partners.


• To ensure timely launch of all new products and variants as per launch plan.


• Will be the custodian of all Trade Marketing initiatives for the regions and has to ensure proper flow of feedback and information between regions and TM HO.


• Will manage the regional merchandizing team and would be responsible for all POSM / Fixture / Assets invested into the region.
