Job Description
Relationship Management with the banking partner and driving them for the insurance business
Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required
Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objective
Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner
Strategize and interact closely with the RM on business plan execution
Training of branch staff and Private banking RMs on cross sell of insurance products
Key customer calls (Private Banking customers)
Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by channel
Retention, Focus on health products.
