Job Description
Selling high end customized products in International markets through extensive research (Jobsites/Google).
Interacting with B2B clients recruiters, corporate HR team members, consultants etc.
Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research research .
New client acquisition and help them understand the various online solutions available with the business.
Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs.
Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing the right solutions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
