1- The candidate should have at least 2 Years of real time experience in US IT Recruitment.
2- The candidate must have Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
3- The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for our DIRECT clients requirement on daily basis.
4- Recruiter must be able to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
5- The candidate will be responsible for detail evaluation of candidates , sourcing , recruiting , screening , reviewing consultant s resume / Skills , qualifying , assessing , negotiating rates & forward potential consultants resume along with all required details to the Account Manager
6- Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Resource Manager. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
