Job Description For Customer Service Advisor-Airtel –Nodal/NET:
Pre - Requisites:
Must have excellent communication/interpersonal (Verbal/Written) skills.
Should be flexible with 24*7 shift timing and roster offs (80% Day Shift and 20% Night Shift).
Fixed 9 hours shifts for Females between window of 8 AM to 8 PM.
Job Description:
Must possess superior communication skills.
Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
Should have problem solving attitude.
Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
Candidate Profile :
Candidate must be graduate(Under graduate with telecom experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong inter-personal skills with strong sense of professionalism.
Remuneration:
15K to 18 K in hand ( Annual CTC -2 LPA to 2.32 LPA)
Performance Incentive up to 3 K per month
Other Important Details:
Blended Process( 80% Voice and 20% Non-Voice)
Point pick up and drop and for the candidates from South and West Delhi
East Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida and North Delhi are no hire zones.
Training 6 days a week (1 month)
Operations 5 days a week( 2 Rotational offs)
